Well, this post is not going to have great introduction, it's just a letter of complaint. I have to admit that at the beginning of the task I had no idea how to make a letter. And eventually I did, that's true. Okay, I learned something new. But it was not fun.

Dear Sr.
Dark Shadow:
I’m a client of MELON for several years. A very
happy client until a few days. When I decided to change my mobile. On August 01st, I bought a cell phone “Nokia
BX3”, in a MELON store located in White Street #321, Paradise. The cell phone
worked well for two days but then stop working. I went to the store looking for
solution and they told me to leave it there for two weeks. Two weeks later I
went to get the phone and they told me that had not yet repaired, because the
replacement part had not arrived. A week
later I called to the store and I was told the phone it could not be repaired. It
took three weeks to inform me that was beyond repair. Because of this incident
I have been without cell incommunicado for nearly a month. Now I write to you
for a solution. I hope my money back or give another cell as soon as possible. If
not I'll have to take other actions. Thank
you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely.

"...hope..." vs "...I hope to have..." Neither are very strong - "I expect my money back" or "I want my money back" are much stronger.
